WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure a positive experience for the employee journey
- Support and participate in other recruitment initiatives and HR assignments
- Plan Employer branding initiatives
- Responsible for payroll, record keeping, and maintenance of team member files and other related documents
- Maintain the office daily operation
- Support in planning team-building and bonding activities and events
- ad-hoc tasks provided by the General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an HR assistant/coordinator or experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Handle multi-tasking skills to able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience building employer branding is a plus
