Job description for 客戶體驗專員 Customer Service Specialist (5 openings) at Spaceship
- Market our product to expand to global markets
- Daily high-quality customer services across multiple support platforms (e.g. email, chat, phone) concerning pre-sales & after-sales issues;
- Collect and consolidate feedback from customers, identify problems sources and find speedy solution to improve user journey;
- Assist in market research and analysis with internal parties;
- Build loyalty among users and expand the client base;
- Help improve standard operation flow and assist in any ad-hoc project when necessary

- Tertiary qualification or above in any discipline
- At least 1 year customer services experience is preferred
- Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable to work both independently and in teams
- Good command of spoken and written English, and Chinese
- Candidate with customer service experience, or from eCommerce, aviation, hospitality or logistic industry is of advantages
