Job description for Wellbeing Consultant at Maxi
- Contact, qualify, and close new warm lead opportunities
- Develop and grow relationships with referral partners
- Follow up on referrals from our referral network
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing and/or Business Development team to ensure the lead flow
- Participate in client meetings and propose best solutions to meet client wellbeing needs
- Share thought leadership with clients based on needs resulting in strengthened client trust
- Identify root causes, define and activate solutions, and deploy cross-functional support to resolve
- Assist with design and distribution of needs-assessments and interest surveys for strategy feasibility analysis
- Review and summarize clients' available wellbeing program, and model new/additional options for wellbeing initiatives
- Negotiate deals and finalize contract details with clients
- Identify and qualify opportunities for expansion/upgrade, partnering closely with post-sales team
- Keep abreast of current wellbeing and personal development initiatives and activities, developing a network of resources and contacts
- Monitor competitive trends and best practices, provide analysis and recommendations on product enhancements
- Provide insight into emerging wellbeing strategies, researching a variety of options/resources that encourage active engagement in integrated wellbeing
- Explore ideas and opportunities to customize the product and maximize clients participation
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to assess and present the ROI of various client engagement initiatives
- Experience: 4+ years sales, account management, human resource, or wellbeing experience
- Education level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with large and medium enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strategic relationships within client accounts
- Ability to work closely with the client and effectively negotiate directly with the client and internally on their behalf
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage with customer engagement strategies
