- Managing day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
- Responsible for ensuring that the work carried out in the warehouse department is in accordance with SOPs and company regulations.
- Overseeing the inbound, outbound, and inventory processes in the warehouse.
- Developing and implementing an effective warehouse layout, taking into account product flow, equipment, handling systems, and product storage.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stored and organized within the warehouse.
- Addressing issues that arise in the warehouse, such as logistical systems, product storage, and shipping processes.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
- Able to manage all processes and team members in the warehouse.
- Great expertise in data management, including data entry and data analysis.
- Understand the implementation of FIFO system in Warehouse Management.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Willing to work mobile and be placed throughout Indonesia
