WE ARE HIRING – Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Specialist (3–4 Orang)

Location: Jakarta

Status: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Melakukan picking, packing, dan shipping order harian
Mencetak dan mengelola consolidated order harian
Melakukan wave picking dan precision allocation barang
Monitoring stock dan akurasi inventory warehouse
Melakukan quality control sebelum pengiriman
Mengawasi packing produk high-value dan courier handover
Melakukan daily asset blind count dan pengecekan stok rutin

KPI & Bonus:

Shipping accuracy ≥99.8%
Error rate <0.2%
Unexplained loss rate <0.5%
Sistem potongan berlaku untuk kesalahan pengiriman

Kualifikasi:

Memiliki pengalaman warehouse, fulfillment, atau logistics menjadi nilai tambah
Teliti dan mampu bekerja cepat dengan akurasi tinggi
Mampu bekerja dalam sistem target dan team environment
Bertanggung jawab dan disiplin
Bersedia bekerja di area warehouse/operasional
