Job description for Warehouse Admin Intern at Alchemy Asia
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately documents any exceptions to the receipt of product, within 48 hours or before (damage shortages, overages, etc.).
• Uploads clear, accurate pictures associated with damage, into database.
• Communicates any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the Customer Service /Accountant/ Warehouse Keeper and team.
• Attaches the receiving packing list/Order receipt to the assigned project in database.
• Updates pallet locations/stocks location in database.
• Sends list of orders and prints order documents to provide to Warehouse keeper and dispatcher - make sure all the orders are updated.
• Receives and supports the processing of product returned from customers.
• Creates warehouse tags for returned product and updates location of product in database.
• Completes the other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
PERSONAL SPECS
• Have background in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration is preferred.
• Have experience in using Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English (all skills).
• Handle multiple of tasks: data entry, paperwork, etc.
• Able to work under pressure.
