Visual Merchandiser responsibilities:
1. Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy
2. Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
3. Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays

7. Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
8. Come up with, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers
9. Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
10. Monitor costs and work within budget
11. Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
12. Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
13. Liaise with suppliers and source elements
14. Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends
15. Willing to work with remote systems
1. Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager
2. Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
3. Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation
4. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
5. Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
6. Proficiency in MS Office
7. Creative and innovative thinker
8. Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
9. BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar
10. Have min. 2 Years Experience as Visual Merchandiser
