Job Descriptions:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with related parties
- Planning event details and aspects
- Remaining under budget with all costs
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
- Manage and update client database
- Good at managing social media
Qualifications:
- Proactive and high initiative in providing and executing event ideas
- Good communication in English both oral and written is advantage
- Having interest (and good taste) in art and art events
- Have the ability to coordinate with other teams (marketing, content, design)
- Have the ability to manage social media
- Able to work independently as well as teamwork to handle problems and analyze problems
- Excellent interpersonal skill, handling events, advertising, art, or other relevant field will be considered a plus value
