Job description for Vietnam Accounting Manager (Chief Accountant) at Primus
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
• Finance Controller / Manager for a medium division or a broad functional area. Key member of the management team providing business partnership and financial advice.
• Represents the division on financial performance and works within their business group.
• Partners with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
• May have business line or domestic responsibility.
• Requires breadth of organizational knowledge and the ability to integrate critical information from several diverse areas.
• Ensure proper financial controls and business processes are in place to protect the assets of the corporation.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1) An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting as well as an MBA is considered to be ideal.
2) Candidate should have 8-12 years of senior level finance and accounting experience. Experience in most aspects of financial operations is required, along with proven influence and strategic thinking capabilities.
3) Thorough knowledge on Vietnam accounting principles, standards and tax regulations;
4) Strong management and organizational skills (5+ years' working experience as a finance manager supervising both accounting and tax functions);
5) Be familiar with SSC (Shared Service Center) model and be able to work effectively with overseas SSC;
6) Great stakeholder management skill and communication skill;
7) Studying in overseas or working in US companies is a plus.
