I. Job Duties
Take charge of stock planning and product distribution among online stores, ensuring product availability aligns with actual sales demand and preventing inventory discrepancies.
Review stock movement on a regular basis, flag slow-moving items and potential shortages, and recommend appropriate actions such as stock transfers, replenishment, or promotional clearance.
Evaluate store-level business results against sales plans, identify performance gaps, and work with relevant teams to improve inventory turnover and commercial outcomes.
Explore market developments and customer purchasing behavior to support product portfolio decisions, pricing adjustments, and sales opportunities across e-commerce channels and livestream sessions.
Prepare stock demand projections and purchasing schedules according to category performance and upcoming livestream plans; follow up on implementation to maintain sufficient inventory.
Maintain an organized product sample system, including sample check-in, check-out, storage, and tracking.
Work closely with the livestream team to arrange product presentation priorities based on campaign objectives, product availability, and sales potential.
Coordinate the setup and execution of promotional programs on e-commerce platforms, tracking progress and ensuring at least 99% of planned activities are completed.
Compile periodic SKU-level performance reports, interpret key metrics, and identify areas requiring operational adjustments or further investigation.
Assess selling prices against market conditions, stock availability, and sales targets, and recommend changes when necessary.
II. Job Requirements
Background in online retail, marketplace operations, or e-commerce business support is an advantage. Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada is preferred.
Able to collect, clean, organize, and interpret business data, with experience preparing analytical reports and performing basic data modeling.
Strong command of Excel functions and tools, including PivotTable, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, and COUNTIF.
Understanding of stock control, sales forecasting, replenishment processes, and inventory planning.
Analytical mindset with sound judgment and the ability to turn numerical findings into actionable recommendations.
Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments to achieve shared targets.
Able to communicate professionally in either English or Chinese.
