I. Job Overview
At least 1 year of relevant experience in livestream operations, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
Experience in recruiting, coordinating, training, or managing livestream hosts, with a good understanding of livestream presentation techniques.
Strong data awareness and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify performance gaps and translate insights into effective operational improvements.
Solid understanding of e-commerce livestreaming, particularly on TikTok, including platform traffic mechanisms, audience engagement strategies, and resource coordination.
Excellent logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with creativity and a strong product-oriented mindset.
Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
High level of ownership, self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in either English or Chinese for daily work communication.
II. Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in livestream coordination, e-commerce, content operations, or a similar role.
Familiarity with livestream production and host coordination; experience supporting host development is an advantage.
Comfortable working with performance data and using metrics to identify issues and recommend practical actions.
Understanding of TikTok Shop or other livestream commerce platforms, including campaign execution and audience engagement practices.
Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to a fast-moving working environment.
Good working proficiency in either English or Chinese.

Work Location & Schedule
Location: Ho Chi Minh City – 54/31 Pho Quang Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Tan Binh District).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
