Mintology is a new business operation which is focused on serving up the Mintable core technology to enterprises in a B2B, “Software as a Service” type proposition. This allows large brands to take control of their NFT strategy, whilst not having to build the technology themselves. We call this “NFT as a Service”. The role will be focused on our 4 core product pillars: NFT Launchpad; Promotional NFTs; Gasless Minting; Value Added Services.
Job Description
Want to create delightful experiences that enable brands to onboard the next 10 Million people with NFTs? Mintology is hiring an experienced UX/UI Designer to bring our NFT platform to the next level. We believe that great design is as much about behaviour and emotion as it is about utility and ease of use.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a key member of the Design team where you will create highly iterative user-centred design processes to enhance the experience of our users.
Working in collaboration with the Tech and Design team, you will:
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with other professionals such as software engineers, designers, and the product team to design a world class product
- Create clean, intuitive and user friendly user interfaces from product requirements and customer research insights
- Provide ideation and sketch new product ideas
- Actively contribute to the hands on delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual design mockups and prototypes
- Create and manage asset libraries for reusable design and drive UI component creation
- Partner with engineering to ensure that designs are properly implemented
- Communicate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders verbally and visually
- Work across multiple projects and managing timelines and priorities
- Strike a delicate balance between functional and aesthetic design

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we'll love for you to have:
- 3+ years full time experience as a UI/UX designer
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Advanced knowledge of design tools – we primarily use Figma
- A Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design process, and solutions for web and mobile applications
- Understanding of technology capabilities such as HTML, CSS and front end technologies
- Experience designing dashboards, information visualisations, workflow solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work collaborative together with the team
- A passion for learning as everyday's a new opportunity to grow and develop your skills
- UX research and testing experience
- Deep interest in blockchain and/or NFTs
- Experience working with SAAS platforms
