Job description for USER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE – FRENCH SPEAKING at Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam

We are currently looking for an User Support Associate to join our team in Vietnam. In this role, you will provide daily support to our internal users, focusing on user access administration, issue resolution, and basic reporting/dashboard updates.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and resolve issues raised by users through ticketing platform:
- Contact and communicate with users to clarify needs and issues.
- Provide timely solutions in compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreements).
- Build and maintain interactive guidance integrated into business applications.
- Keep dashboards and reports up to date.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to support continuous improvement.
- Translate business documents between French and English to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of French (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer/user support is a plus.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
