UI/UX Designer – Job Requirement

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver effective solutions
- Translate business and user requirements into functional and appealing designs
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI consistency
- Continuously improve existing interfaces for usability and accessibility
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify improvement opportunities
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on SaaS or B2B platforms
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
- Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
