Job Description
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience and product performance.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, accessibility, and user experience across digital products.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through innovative and user-centered design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficient in Figma and other UI/UX design tools.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, and UX Research methodologies.
- Experienced in creating User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, and High-Fidelity Designs.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Design Systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.
- Experience in Telco projects or understanding of Telecom business processes is a plus.
