Job description for UI/UX Design Lead at Infinity Core Pte. Ltd.
- Lead UX strategy to up level how we communicate value to our customers.
- Experiment and innovate on what we deliver in terms of user experiences and design quality.
- Help us scale up our experiential design standards by contributing to components, UI patterns, and documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and present on what you have learned to other design and cross functional teams.
- Contribute to process and documentation that helps the design team grow our skills and scale our practice.
- Mentor and inspire teammates, as well as manage up to push the quality of design and user experience across our on-going projects.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end designing experience at a tech, product-driven company or equivalent.
- Experience leading small-to-medium-sized teams
- Great understanding of user experience, style guidelines, design process and creative workflow
- Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methods, and design processes; designs with a performance and accessibility-first mindset.
- Familiarity using design softwares, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign and Photoshop), Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities on concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment and stakeholder expectations
- Deep empathy with, and understanding of users’ needs.
- Strong communication and visual design skills with a deep understanding of the formal elements of design, such as typography, layout, and information hierarchy.
- Portfolio demonstrating applied knowledge of user-centered design, with samples that include flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design prototypes.
- Possess strong business acumen along with written and verbal communication skills: able to frame problems clearly, bring in original ideas and approaches to solving them and persuasively communicate the most compelling solutions.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript knowledge are a plus
