Position: Recruitment Consultant (Junior/Senior)
• Negotiating contracts with clients
• Advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies
• Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
• Arrange interviews for clients & candidates
• Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties
• Ensure self-target and team targets are achieved
• Build and maintain a good relationship with clients and candidates
• Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
• Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc.
• Sale mindset and Never Give up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientated
• Able to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility
• Able to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines
• At least 6 months of working experience in the headhunting field is a plus
