Responsibilities:
- Monitor the real-time service dashboard and allocate manpower to ensure service performance.
- Handle operational tasks such as flight changes and ticket modifications.
- Coordinate workload, manage backlogs, and support daily operations.
- Handle escalated customer cases and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct QA activities and support new hire training when required.
Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.

Working Schedule:
- Flexible rotating shifts: 8 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), with 1 day off per week, within the operating hours of 06:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Working location: No. 8A Huynh Lan Khanh Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
