Job description for Trợ lý Kế hoạch Sự kiện at CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN TẬP ĐOÀN THACO TRƯỜNG HẢI (THACO GROUP)
- Nắm bắt Kế hoạch sự kiện tại THACO, các Tập đoàn/TCT thành viên để lên kế hoạch thực hiện;
- Viết nội dung kế hoạch tổ chức sự kiện; Tham gia/ trực tiếp thuyết trình bản Kế hoạch sự kiện;
- Theo dõi, giám sát hoặc thực hiện triển khai các hạng mục sự kiện;
- Tham gia điều phối vận hành sự kiện theo khả năng được Lãnh đạo giao;
- Lập và theo dõi hồ sơ sự kiện; Báo cáo sau sự kiện;
