Responsibilities
- Ensure Efficient and Effective Process
- implementing CBG Treasury's business strategies and goals.
- To plan and execute process improvement by reviewing the process flow regularly.
- To implement process improvement through automatization.
- To be in charge in or to assist system and process improvement initiative
- To assist in preparing SOP & other documents in relation with process enhancement and new products and services development
- To liaise with related internal departments and regionals
Requirements:
Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Provide training to branch sales & service team, operation departments to update the new product, process and new regulation
- To ensure and monitor all Treasury products processes and documents (ie. NPA, SOP, SLA, forms) are in place, well administered and complied with internal and group DBS policies and regulators
- To fully comply with Group Policy and Standards & local regulatory requirements on Money Laundering Prevention & Central Bank’s regulation on Derivative and FX Transactions, Bonds and Structured Notes
- To make prompt report of suspicious transactions or proposed transactions according to the documented process on reporting and/or in compliance with local regulatory requirements
