Job description for Travel Management Officer cum Service Deliver Coordinator at DXC Vietnam
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Develop and monitor project schedule
• Track and coordinate relevance people to monitor project issues
• Monitor project finance, resources, status
• Maintain project documents, reports, meeting minutes
• Coordinate with stakeholders to perform project operational activities.
• Automate routine work by using emerging technologies such as PowerBI, Python, …
• Support Resource Management
• Support Travel Management, include
o Make sure that every travel is complied with DXC travel policies
o Maintain Travel Cost Estimate or Fixed Billing Estimate for every assignment for travel request approval
o Prepare visa documents for travelers, depending on a country of destination and book air tickets for travelers
o Verify the monthly ticket debit note issued by the appointed travel agent to make sure it's correct for payment
o Work with host offices to arrange accommodations and transportation for travelers, mostly for assignment travels
o Coordinate with DXC Global Mobility team on Mobility Transfer activities
o Check other travel expense claims (transportation, housing, meal, etc.) made by assignment travelers before the claims are paid
o Act as the First Approver on DXC Concur for all travel expenses
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• 3+ years of professional experience in project operations
• Experience with MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and JIRA Agile, Power BI, Python, … Particularly, in using Pivot Table, Formula in Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team across multi-cultural environment
• Able to travel for short and long-term work assignments within short notice
• Prior Insurance industry knowledge, ServiceNow, or SAP Report would be an advantage
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong English communication and teaming skills (Advance level in English)
