Job description for Travel Design & Reservation (French Speaking) at Panorama Destination

Placemet: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Create and design travel itineraries based on client needs.
Book flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
Confirm and manage reservations accurately.
Provide travel advice and customer support.
Handle changes, cancellations, and problem-solving during trips.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents.

Qualifications:

Fluent in French language, is a MUST.
Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism/French Language Literature)
Have experiences or fresh graduates are welcome
Extrovert personality and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
Energetic, goal-oriented and outcome-driven
Knowledgeable in different cultures and enjoy learning new cultures or at least reading books, articles or other resources that provide information regarding cultures
Willing to travel overseas for business trip
