Job description for Transport Supply Chain Management at ZTE Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transportation schedules and progress to ensure smooth operations.
- Check transportation and reimbursement documents to ensure everything’s accurate and complete.
- Monitor order closures and make sure materials are stored on time.
- Communicate with project teams to optimize routes, consolidate shipments, and reduce costs.
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end transportation workflows across the site
- Generate comprehensive operational work reports.
- Establish standard protocols to prevent and resolve critical operational anomalies
- Lead the outcome of monthly/quarterly inventory audits and present mitigation plans for any losses.
- Manage workforce scheduling, execute staff performance reviews, and strictly enforce the ZTE management system across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Must proficient in English (oral and written communication skills) and Mandarin (Prefered).
- Passion for logistics and transportation management.
- Great communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized — especially with documents.
- Skilled in MS Excel and Office tools.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
