Job Description:
- Merencanakan dan mendukung proses implementasi training
- Menjalankan training yang sesuai dengan metode dan teknik yang ditentukan
- Menyediakan analisis program training
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap seluruh proses administrasi training
- Melakukan evaluasi terhadap training yang telah dilakukan
- Membuat atau membangun pelatihan berdasarkan tujuan perusahaan
