Job description for Training Program Development Specialist/ Senior at Công Ty Chứng Khoán Phú Hưng
Mô tả công việc:
· Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.
· Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
· Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials.
· Deliver training to employees, and new sales members using a variety of instructional techniques.
· Continuously evaluate and update training content up to date according to company regulations.
· Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
· Participating in administrating the Learning Management System
Yêu cầu công việc:
· University degree, prefer higher degree and/ or majoring in Economic/ Finance/ Banking
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Positive and self-motivated
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, especially in PowerPoint) and Outlook.
· At least 3 years of working experience; experience in e-learning is an advantage
