Job description for Trainer and Development Staff at PT Agung Citra Transformasi
Job Description:
- Mapping Training Need Analysis (TNA) and syllabus training
- Evaluate and providing recommendations for effectiveness of training programs
- Ensure all development programs implemented continously
- Preparing a routine agenda monthly for implementing training target based on TNA
- Implementing training administration process
Requirements:
- Dicipline with high integrity
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in all major with GPA Minimum 3,00 (Pscyhology, Management and Human Resources is an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years experience as Training and Development staff, advantages if you have knowledge training
- Stronger analytical and logical thinking
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, creative and good presentation skill
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Tengah
