Job description for Trade Marketing at Công Ty TNHH Bia San Miguel Việt Nam
PDQ
- On Trade & Consumer signage, merchandising & promo programs
+ Cascade to Sales (and accredited Suppliers) approved programs for execution eg. Market-wide consumer promotion, New Signage Logo designs
+ Assist Sales in execution with pre-defined Key Accounts/Stores eg. Signage & Merchandising of outlet to be guided with Agreement entered into by SMBVCL with Outlet
+ Prepare & submit required periodic reports
- Review/Improve/Develop Trade Promo & Merchandising related programs under direct supervision of Sales Managers, such as but not limited to:
+ Standard Outlet Offer package
+ Standard Penetration programs
KPI
- Trade & Consumer program execution efficiency in pre-defined Key Accounts/Stores
- POSM Inventory levels are within target levels (Re-order point / Maximum level)
- BTL A&P (Signage, POSM, Trade & Consumer Promo) spending
