Participate in market research and competitor analysis to plan and develop appropriate promotional programs, aiming to drive revenue growth at the F&B (beverage) store chain.

Responsible for building and coordinating with departments to implement promotional activities and campaigns in the assigned channels: online (delivery) and offline (store).

Work with online partners regarding contracts, promotional activities, media campaigns, collaboration methods, etc.

Execute and monitor promotional activities, events, and programs.

Track and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue to propose appropriate promotional programs for support.
