Job Description

1. Mengatur jadwal kerja, absensi, dan rotasi shift SPG/MD

2. Melakukan briefing harian dan motivasi tim

3. Memberikan coaching dan evaluasi kinerja anggota tim

4. Tim mencapai target penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan

5. Menganalisis data penjualan dan menyusun strategi peningkatan performa

6. Mengimplementasikan program promosi, display produk, dan SOP toko.

7. Memastikan kelengkapan dan kerapihan visual merchandising

8. Berkoordinasi dengan Area Leader, Supervisor, dan pihak agency

9. Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan terkait penjualan, absensi, dan aktivitas tim
