Job description:
1.Develop and execute strategic plans for the TikTok platform to enhance brand influence and increase user engagement.
2.Plan and implement creative content marketing campaigns to grow followers and improve engagement.
3.Monitor and analyze TikTok platform data, optimize advertising performance, and promptly adjust operational strategies.
4.Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive partnerships with KOLs, MCNs, and other organizations while expanding livestream content.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above; from 3-5 YOE. Ability to communicate in English or Chinese as you will directly report to Chinese CEO; under 30 years old.
2.Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, with proven expertise in managing TikTok Shop operations.
3.Ability to independently plan and produce video content, with strong copywriting skills and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
4.Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize content strategies and improve user engagement based on data insights.
5.Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain high performance under pressure
6.Strong teamwork and team management skills, with the ability to effectively drive and execute projects.
💰Salary: VND 40–50 million/month + Social insurance based on full salary
