Job description for TikTok Creator Partnerships & Content Specialist at Turnkey FBA

POSITION OVERVIEW

TikTok is where the next generation of brands gets discovered and you'll own the creator engine behind it. As our TikTok Creator Partnership & Content Specialist, you'll build and lead a network of creators who produce content that drives attention, engagement, and sales across TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Creator Partnerships & Content Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing community of creators, from your first cohort to a thriving, expanding roster.
  • Build genuine relationships with creators, communicate our brand story and USPs, and keep them engaged, supported, and producing consistently.
  • Study top-performing content, trends to develop winning content angles, hooks, and creative directions that carry energy - the spark data alone can’t give
  • Brief creators our brand story, USPs, clear direction and actionable feedback, so creators don’t just post, they believe.
  • Leverage AI and modern creative tools to develop, test, and optimize content at speed and scale.

2. Performance & Growth

  • Track content performance and identify winners based on the metrics that matter: GMV, conversion, and sales impact, no vanity views
  • Scale winning content through paid amplification (Spark Ads, GMV Max) and continuously improve content performance.
  • Drive content that generates measurable sales across TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with data, creative, and leadership teams to turn insights into winning content strategies.
  • Align with the CEO and COO on priorities, growth opportunities, and business results.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent English proficiency is non-negotiable for this role, as we will be building a community of international creators
  • 2+ years in creator/influencer marketing, UGC, social or content, or a portfolio that proves you can do this.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the energy and warmth to excite creators and build genuine relationships.
  • A real eye and instinct for content: you feel what makes a video work, not just analyze it.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, short-form content, and the creator economy (US-market fluency a strong plus).
  • Highly organized, comfortable managing many creator relationships and projects at once.
  • Analytical enough to read performance data and turn it into action.
  • Resilient, self-driven, consistent, and genuinely motivated by results.
