About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team as an E-commerce Intern. In this position, you will support daily operations across product management, order processing, warehouse coordination, customer care, and promotions. You will be responsible for posting and updating product information and images, processing domestic e-commerce orders, following up on daily orders, supporting shipping and logistics, assisting with CRM and promotional activities, and engaging with customers across various channels; replying to inquiries, providing support, and offering advice.
Working Hours:
- 8 working hours per day + 1 hour lunch break (9AM-6PM).
- 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
Job Description:
- Post, update product information and image.
- Support warehouse management, processing domestic e-commerce orders.
- Follow daily orders.
- Follow promotions, CRM.
- Support shipping.
- Take care of customers on channels (Reply, support, advice).
Requirements:
- 3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Logistics, or E-commerce.
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension)
- Basic design or web design skills are preferred
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible.
