Job description for Thực Tập Sinh Quản Lý Quan Hệ Khách Hàng - CRM Intern at Alchemy Asia

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support customer/outlet master data collection, cleaning, validation, and consolidation.

• Check data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicates.

• Maintain CRM data trackers and prepare Excel reports.

• Coordinate with Sales and other teams to follow up on missing or incorrect data.

• Assist with other CRM project activities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Gender: prefer Male

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Good in Excel

• Good understanding of data management and data structures.

• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and data processing.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, or Power BI, Power Query.
