Job description for Thực tập sinh Operation Marketing at HERAMO JSC.
- Giám sát & đảm bảo các chiến dịch marketing, POSM đồng nhất tại chuỗi cửa hàng (10 CH), cũng như các hoạt động thường nhật (BAU) tại cửa hàng có liên quan, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở review/rating CH, đăng bài Google Business Place, Zalo CH…etc.
- Tham gia đề xuất ý tưởng, triển khai các hoạt động marketing offline / OOH để thu hút dân cư xung quanh đến trải nghiệm dịch vụ & đạt tăng trưởng doanh thu được giao cho từng cửa hàng
- Liên hệ với các đơn vị quảng cáo (agency) triển khai các hoạt động marketing,in ấn POSM & các tài liệu marketing cần thiết khác
- Quản lý và tối ưu hóa các hoạt động tiếp thị tự động (Zalo OA, Zalo ZNS, Mobile App push notification, SMS, Email…etc) để cải thiện việc tạo khách hàng tiềm năng và giữ chân khách hàng.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với team Marketing & các nhóm bán hàng để thúc đẩy doanh số hằng tháng & các công việc khác khi được giao
