Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Post jobs and screen resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
2. Onboarding:
- Prepare materials and assist with new hire documentation.
3. Records Management:
- Maintain employee records and manage leave requests.
4. Training Coordination:
- Help organize training sessions and gather participant feedback.
5. Performance Management Support:
- Collect and analyze feedback for performance appraisals.
6. HR Projects:
- Assist with special initiatives like engagement surveys.
7. Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general support, including document preparation and file organization.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
