Job description for Thư ký dự án kiêm phiên dịch tiếng Trung at DBPlus - Design, Build and more

Mô tả công việc:

Giao tiếp với khách hàng bằng tiếng Trung về thông tin dự án, họp hành và xử lý thông tin trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp qua email, wechat.
Phiên dịch, biên dịch các hồ sơ, báo cáo của dự án,
Hỗ trợ bộ phận kinh doanh và điều phối xử lý và hoàn thiện hồ sơ (Tiếng trung) trong quá trình đấu thầu
Theo dõi tiến độ xử lý hồ sơ, cập nhật và lưu trữ tài liệu theo từng giai đoạn.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận để đảm bảo đúng deadline và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Theo dõi và tham gia quá trình đệ trình báo giá, bản vẽ, mẫu vật liệu để khách hàng phê duyệt.

Quảng Ninh: công trình Ecotextile: Khu công nghiệp Hải Hà Tỉnh Quảng Ninh, Việt Nam., Xã Quảng Hà (Xã Quảng Hà thuộc huyện Hải Hà cũ)

Yêu cầu công việc:

Giao tiếp tiếng Trung lưu loát – là yêu cầu bắt buộc.
Tỉ mỉ, logic, có kỹ năng tổ chức và sử dụng tốt Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm về hồ sơ đấu thầu, thư ký dự án hoặc điều phối dự án nội thất, xây dựng, vật liệu xây dựng hoặc liên quan.
