The BD is responsible for the organization and implementation of all processes needed and the team execution to maximize sales output of their teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work individually as well as in team
Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
Need to get new investor, coach them, assist them in their day-to-day trade transaction
Acquire new clients for needs of being investor
Analyze the client's needs and maintain relationship
Develop in commodity markets
Strategically plan the approach to the client
Offer compelling solutions for the client's financial needs
Create offline and online media plan and promotion
Can will work individually as well as in team
Maintance and get new investor, coach them, handling and maintance their daily trade transaction
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or diploma 3 of Any Major
Fresh graduate welcome to apply
Enthusiast in selling, relationship management and meeting new customer
Strong team collaboration skills. Have passion in leadership to handle 5-15 people in the team
Good analytical thinking and excellent communication
Negotiation skill
Understanding of Investing Market is greatly appreciated (not required), Have experience is a definite plus
Have a good command of English Language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Positive attitude and eager to learn
Must be in JABODETABEK area
