Job description for Telemarketing/Telesales Staff at ZWSOFT Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to collect information / making appointments
2. Explain product or service information clearly and professionally
3. Identify customer needs and pass qualified leads to the sales team
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up actions
5. Prepare simple reports and update customer information in Excel or other tracking systems
6. Support the team in telemarketing campaigns and promotional activities
7. Work closely with team members to achieve assigned targets and goals
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. Able to communicate fluently in English
3. Ability to speak Chinese will be an added advantage
4. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Comfortable making calls and speaking with customers
7. MUST be having telemarketer experience at least 1 year
Preferred Skills
1. Telemarketing, customer service, or sales-related experience is preferred
2. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
3. Basic reporting and data entry skills
4. Knowledge of using CRM or any other related software such as HubSpot or etc

Salary
RP 4,000,000 - RP 8,000,000 per month
Basic + Incentives
Remark: If able to achieve a high target will be able get up to 8mil/month
