Job description for Telemarketer at 99.co
99.co is looking for a Telemarketer to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry properly into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges. You will help to build relationships with our clients through phone calls. By learning everything you need to know about the company, you will gain deep insights and help communicate it to our clients. You are also trusted to be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
What you'll do:
- Contact users by telephone to check-in on their property value based on prior valuation
- Explain valuation report briefly to users over the phone
- Assess conversation and proceed with appropriate fact-finding for future follow-up
- Document conversation details including feedback and reactions
- Schedule free valuation consultations for interested users
- Keeping track of users that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
What you should have:
- Must possess some knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies, including objection handling skills
- Prior relevant experience in telemarketing is advantageous
- Ability to be creative in their daily conversations and engage with users
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Eg. Microsoft Office)
- Sense of empathy and ability to relate to users
- Able to communicate in professional and efficient manner in English
- Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual
Job Information:
- Contract role (3-6 months, renewable)
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
- Work from home
