Job description for Teknisi Proyek at PT Unipro Indonesia Abadi

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik (Sipil / Elektro / Mesin / Pendingin / Mekatronika)

2. Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di proyek konstruksi (gedung lebih diutamakan) sebagai Teknisi Sipil

3. Memahami pekerjaan sipil (struktur & finishing), MEP, dan HVAC

4. Terbiasa memperbaiki kerusakan2 yang berhubungan dengan :

- Pekerjaan sipil (beton, pasangan, finishing)

- MEP
- Sistem plumbing (air bersih, air kotor, drainase)

- Sistem HVAC (AC split, ducting, basic troubleshooting)

6. Mampu melakukan pekerjaan instalasi, perbaikan, dan maintenance

7. Mampu bekerja di lapangan, multitasking, dan dalam tim
8. Bersedia bekerja mobilitas di luar kota
