Job description for Teknisi Komputer/EDC (Tanjung Pinang) at PT Visionet Data Internasional

Jobdesc :

- Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi komputer serta mesin EDC agar siap digunakan dan berjalan optimal di lokasi kerja atau merchant.

- Menangani perawatan serta troubleshooting perangkat komputer dan EDC, baik dari sisi hardware, software, maupun koneksi jaringan secara cepat dan tepat.

- Melakukan monitoring kondisi perangkat secara berkala (preventive maintenance) serta menyusun laporan hasil pekerjaan dengan rapi dan jelas.

- Melakukan penggantian unit, perbaikan, serta update software/firmware untuk menjaga performa perangkat tetap maksimal.

- Membantu user atau merchant dengan pelayanan yang responsif dan solutif.

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 jurusan IT seperti Teknik Komputer, Jaringan, atau Informatika.

- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai hardware, software, serta dasar jaringan komputer.

- Mampu melakukan analisis masalah dan troubleshooting secara mandiri maupun tim.

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu memberikan pelayanan teknis dengan profesional.

- Siap bekerja secara mobile/lapangan dengan mobilitas tinggi dan memiliki inisiatif dalam menyelesaikan tugas.

- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor & SIM C menjadi nilai tambah.

- Penempatan : Tanjung Pinang.
