Job description for Technical Support Supervisor at Pt Murni Solusindo Nusantara
- Create a regular weekly/ monthly staff schedule and distribute tasks to the team.
- Monitor daily job activity team.
- Ensure that risk analysis and SOPs are well implemented.
- Create, update and send Job Reports to Leaders.
- Providing Reports on Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities to the Leaders.
- Mastering the concept of Client - Server.
- Familiar with Databases (MS-SQL Server, My-SQL Oracle).
- Able to Operating System (Windows Server, Linux).
- Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
- Familiar with Application Server (Glass Fish, Websphere).
- Active english (written n oral) is a must.
- Preferably experienced in working on a Project.
- Have strong Leadership, good analytical and able to solve problem.
