● Technical Advisor assesses all customer project requirements and provides appropriate construction material recommendations to effectively meet the customers’ project needs.
● Provide technical expertise on materials such as, but not limited to, cement, construction chemicals, concrete, fly ash, aggregates, steels and metals. Comprehensive knowledge on construction materials is critical.
● Provide technical leadership on material constructability, effective equipment uses and construction process recommendations to enable effective project deliverables and gain customer satisfaction.
● Identify material quality to ensure products being offered meet the customers required specification at a consistent level of quality.
● Works with BRIK’s Project Manager, Sales Manager, Customer’s Project Engineer, Procurement and Material Manufacturer teams for planning integration with the customer project schedule.
● Able to work in an office or a construction site, reports to the COO.
● Background in construction or general EPC sector required, 12+ years’ experience is preferred. Ex. Holcim, CRH or Heidelberg Management Trainee is a big plus.
● Technical and industry knowledge on Reinforced Cement and Concrete is a MUST.
● Experience to operate batching plants large scale and involve in large scale infrastructure project
● Industry contacts and network access required to help build a company from zero to one.
● University degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science.
● Efficient problem solver who gets things done: You can break down a new problem, think through solutions, and execute the problem quickly.
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different types of stakeholders.
● Good written/verbal communications skills with the ability to articulate problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
