JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Independently conduct an end-to-end recruitment process to fulfil the IT hiring needs.
- Actively identify and approach suitable IT candidates.
- Schedule interviews and check the candidate’s suitability with client companies’ preferences.
- Identify and verify candidate through the system.
- Develop a communicative relationship with the client companies and candidates.
- Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.
