Kualifikasi:

- Min. D3/S1

- Min. 2–3 tahun pengalaman di Sales/Acquisition/Telemarketing, dengan min. 1 tahun sebagai TL/Supervisor

- Berpengalaman mengelola tim sales/acquisition

- Pengalaman memimpin tim di e-commerce/digital platform menjadi nilai tambah

- English Fluent

Jobdesc:

- Memahami target, productivity, conversion dan sales funnel

- Mampu melakukan coaching, monitoring dan performance improvement

- Strong leadership & communication skills

- Mampu membuat daily/weekly performance report

- Mampu melakukan root cause analysis terhadap pencapaian target
