Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Memimpin dan memotivasi tim untuk mencapai target

2. Monitoring aktivitas harian divisi

3. Mantain KPI divisi (CSAT, FCR, AHT, dll)

4. Memonitoring performance agent dalam divisi

5. Mengidentifikasi problem yang terjadi di lapangan serta membantu menyelesaikan problem yang terjadi di lapangan
