Job description for Team Lead TRM at PT Bank DBS Indonesia
- Ensure that all staffs deliver excellent service to customers at all times
- Manage customer attrition by keeping close relationship with customers as well as acquiring new qualified customers
- Monitor daily sales of the team, motivate, manage and give counselling, coaching so that both individual and team target can be achieved
- Supervise, guide, and support TRM / RM in performing their duties, and when necessary conduct joint visit with TRM / RM
- Implement sales process frame work to ensure that there are no miss-selling incident
- Ensure all staffs are fully equipped with the necessary skills such as selling techniques, communication skills, etc by planning and proposing suitable trainings and courses
- Encourage team work and open communication among staff to ensure smooth work flow / processing
- Assist CBG Business Manager in achieving the branch target
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year at supervisory level
- Experience in the banking and finance industry would be an advantage
- Sound understanding in banking products especially Bancassurance, Investment and Treasury products
- Possess relevant certification in various wealth management products would be an advantage
- Strong in management, developing and coaching skill
- Good motivational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Good understanding in applying principle of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML)
- Excellent written and verbal English
