We are seeking a passionate individual who enjoys teaching children and making a positive impact in the community. This role combines teaching, community program management, volunteer coordination, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach children aged 6–12 and develop engaging learning materials
- Manage educational and community programs across multiple locations.
- Recruit, train, coordinate, and support volunteers.
- Plan and oversee program activities and events.
- Build partnerships and support collaboration and fundraising efforts.
- Identify and develop new program locations.
- Prepare reports, measure program impact, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Communication, Management, or Social Sciences preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education, NGOs, community development, volunteer management, or related fields.
- Experience teaching elementary school children and developing learning materials.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the field, travel regularly, and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Personal vehicle and driver's license are an advantage.
