Job description for Tax Manager at PT. Kusuma Sampurna Mulia (Kusuma Beauty Clinic)
- Accurately prepare tax returns in a timely manner and handle all information data requests
- Maintain tax reconciliation, tax balances on the general ledger including preparing tax provision
- Prepare annual tax and reconcile tax
- Handle tax audits and tax consultancy
- Ensure tax compliance with tax regulations for all taxes (VAT, WHT, etc)
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements
- Bachelor's degree in Taxation/ Accountancy
- Have good knowledge of tax practice & regulation
- Having minimum 3 years of working experience as Tax & Accounting Manager in a media company would be a plus
- Able to analyze financial statements related to tax account
- Self-motivated individual and can work independently
- Able to Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
- Able to manage and coordinate tax audits, the key contact person for tax officer
- Have capability in providing planning (short term & strategic), consulting, and being a subject matter expert in tax matters
- Ability to identify and mitigate tax risk
- Extensive knowledge of tax legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
