Job description for Talent Consultant (Technology Recruitment) at NodeFlair
- Managing a full 360-degree recruitment cycle and responsible for the entire hiring process.
- Identify, attract, and close candidates and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates to clients. Handles job posting, applicant screening, phone calls, interviews and placement for various companies.
- Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential & existing clients.
- Deeply understand client’s hiring needs, partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Provide professional advice to both clients and candidates on the latest market and industries' trends.
- Attend relevant tech events, webinars and seminars to ensure market knowledge is up to date.
- Act as the employer branding champions to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way.
- Experience in recruitment/sales/client facing roles will be an added advantage but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates in all levels including C-Suite.
- A self-starter who is ambitious, result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
